I’m embarrassed to admit, just this week I finally visualized the “pan handle” of Oklahoma. It just never looked like a pan to me. Saucepan maybe, I was always trying to picture a frying pan.
In other news, I am planning a cross-country road trip next summer to visit various types of medical practices all over the US and learn some more about this great country of ours.

UVA was just mentioned on Grey’s Anatomy. They rejected one of the residents for a fellowship because Virginia is too good for them.
At first this made me happy and then I was really sad because it meant I was watching Grey’s Anatomy.

August 13: medical starts for real (HAVE I MENTIONED HOW EXCITED I AM?!)
